Good guidelines set the foundation on how you can approach your Bible on a daily basis.

 

Bible scriptures were inspired by God, and His words can change your heart and transform your life. It is to read with both the mind and heart.

  

Bible study is important to our growth as followers of Jesus. Jesus compares reading the Bible with a seed being planted in good soil. The seed planted in good soil represents those with an honest and good heart, who hear the word, apply it, and woth patience, produce a crop or fruit. Read Luke 8:4-15.

I pray that with this email will spark off your interest to enjoy knowing God/Jesus, understand His words, find answers to your life questions. Amen!

Testimony:
It was v late at night n I was feeling abit sleepy but decided to write some godly words on my book that I am going to use for my property deals. I was thinking v hard f few minutes what to write n what verse fm bibles I could use. Nothing came to my mind so I just took out my bible n at the first flip my eyes immediately zeroed to this:

Immediately I wrote this as I felt that this was what God wanted me to write.
I like to share w all of u as I fell that God is really around us n know us and if we commit to him our plans will succeed . I don't even know this scripture but I now know as God help me to turn to the right page for me to write what I needed , so my plan for the night is successful.

ONE DAY I DECIDED TO QUIT I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality… I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with god “God”, I asked, “Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”. His answer surprised me… “Look around”, He said. “Do you see the fern and the bamboo ? “Yes”, I replied. “When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light.I gave them water.The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor.Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. “In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit.” He said. “Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.” He asked me. “Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots”. “I would not quit on the bamboo.I will never quit on you.” “Don’t compare yourself to others.” He said.”The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.”"Your time will come”, God said to me. “You will rise high”. “How high should I rise?” I asked. “How high will the bamboo rise?” He asked in return. “As high as it can?” I questioned.”Yes.” He said, “Give Me glory by rising as high as you can.” I left the forest and brought back this story.I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.Never, Never, Never, Give up. Don’t tell the GOD how big the problem is, tell the problem how Great the GOD is!

I've been tasked to create a web space so we can post our journey together as a group. It'd be good to have a place where all our memories will be kept!(:

Since I have the honour of posting the first post, I have decided to just bore you guys with what we did on our recent small group meeting! hehe(: those who weren't there can also read this and see what we've been up to!!

CHRIST AND HIS UNENDING LOVE FOR US(:

So today's focus was on BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART! 

I personally think the main take away for me would have to be that we are all sinners, we cannot be pure at heart like God. However, we can rely of Jesus's blood and receive a new heart and a new spirit. The 2 most important things that we can do to be cleased is to :

1. Rely on the word of God

2. Confess our sins
